Modern & More Bike Tours Palm Springs

Overview

This is a small group 2.5 hour bike tour of three architecturally & historically significant residential neighborhoods in South Palm Springs. Quiet streets, no hills, constant sunshine, & very little traffic make for a great ride for novices or expert cyclists alike. (This is not an athletic tour, fear not!)

We'll explore the neighborhoods of Deepwell Estates, Twin Palms, & Indian Canyons, making frequent stops for photos & to learn details about specific homes and architects.

NOTE: Bikes are not included. I work with a rental agency where our journey begins and ends. They do offer my guests a discount, and they have colorful cruiser bikes as well as electric pedal-assist bikes.

[ I've designed this tour for serious architecture & history fans, with academic-level information & detail. So, it may not be the most enjoyable tour for some children. ]

Loved this bike tour...so much fun information! My day I got private tour since I was the only one who signed up!! Brendan was SOO nice! I love all the details and personal stories. He is so involved in the preservation and modern community! It was an easy bike ride! Always remember carport,breezeway,door window!! thanks!

I have been out to the Palm Springs area many times over the past 6 years. And once I sold my house in Rancho Mirage, I started coming to the Coachella Valley and actually doing things besides sitting by the pool and going out to dinner. So this was a very nice bicycle tour of three neighborhoods in the south area of Palm Springs. The tour guide, Brendan, was very knowledgeable on the architecture and the builders and architects that fashioned Palm Springs. A very nice morning. The bicycle was easy to operate and the streets that we were on, were mostly residential, so not a lot of traffic. The entire tour lasted about 2 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend this activity, and our guide. Awesome experience.
