My husband and I had the pleasure of taking Greg's tour on a quiet Sunday morning. We had an amazing time. Greg has a real passion for the area and was even able to show us the building his Grandmother had lived in. Greg was really interested in ensuring that we enjoyed ourselves, it was liking taking a walk with a good friend. The food we had was fantastic and you could tell he had real personal relationships with the store owners. I wish we would have gone earlier in our trip so we could have gone back to the area. If I make it back to NYC, I plan on taking the peirogi tour.

Hello SHH64 A Sunday morning tour in this neighborhood is special. Sleepy streets slowly come to life the sounds of the local vendors selling their wares such as fresh pasta, fresh coffee, and homemade sausages. It's always a delight to share my part of the world for my Italian American family hails from in new York city. Glad you enjoyed the trip around Greenwich Village from the view of an Italian American and yes Polish American Fella! I look forward to seeing you on the PIerogo tour! Thanks, Greg

My daughter and I did this tour this weekend and loved it. Not only did we get to sample some delicious Italian food, but we learned about the history of the area from someone who was raised and still lives in the neighborhood. Greg shared personal stories which made the tour more meaningful. Definitely recommend the tour!

Hi Martina, The personal stories told to me by my Grandma are the source of the personal touch. It's a wonderful way I keep her memory alive and well. The Italian food choices are ones she would have approved of were she still here to take the tour. Lastly, thanks for the 5 star review. GRAZIE! Greg
