This is a fun-filled interactive walking tour of Greenwich Village's Italian neighborhood. See St. Anthony's Church, Raffetto's Pasta and then stroll MacDougal Street's Caffe Reggio. This 2+hour tour is led by local, licensed NYC tour guide, Greg Marro, with Italian family roots in the neighborhood since 1884. Your food tour guide gives you an insider's perspective into local history with music, serenades and family tales. Samples and sights subject to change.

St. Anthony of Padua

St Anthony of Padua is the first church built in the Americas for Italian Catholics. We will see the church's Romanesque interior complete with magnificent marble altar and Corinthian columns.

Father Demo Square

This quaint square's vista of the church's bell tower juxtaposed with the fountain, gives tourists a look into Italian American of this neighborhood.

Our Lady of Pompeii

See this gorgeous Italianate 1892 Church, the only NYC Roman Catholic Church with weekly Sunday Mass in four languages: English, Italian, Portugese and Tagalog/Phillipino.

Best food tour I've ever been on - tried some amazing dishes and heard some wonderful stories alongside it. Would highly recommend if you're tired of the tourist traps in Times Square. Will 100% do another tour with Greg the next time we're in New York

Wow! What a great food tour! Our family of three (husband, 25 year old daughter, and me!) enjoyed every minute of our tour. Greg was knowledgable, professional and so entertaining!
