This is a fun-filled interactive walking tour of Greenwich Village's Italian neighborhood. See St. Anthony's Church, Raffetto's Pasta and then stroll MacDougal Street's Caffe Reggio. This 2+hour tour is led by local, licensed NYC tour guide, Greg Marro, with Italian family roots in the neighborhood since 1884. St. Anthony of Padua

St Anthony of Padua is the first church built in the Americas for Italian Catholics. We will see the church's Romanesque interior complete with magnificent marble altar and Corinthian columns.

Father Demo Square

This quaint square's vista of the church's bell tower juxtaposed with the fountain, gives tourists a look into Italian American of this neighborhood.

Our Lady of Pompeii

See this gorgeous Italianate 1892 Church, the only NYC Roman Catholic Church with weekly Sunday Mass in four languages: English, Italian, Portugese and Tagalog/Phillipino.

The food was fantastic. I wish we had taken this tour on the first day (rather than the last). If so, we would have dined in Greenwich Village rather than Times Square! Greg is personable and a good tour guide. Thank you!

Tour was full of fun facts that extended beyond what was expected. Guide was friendly and happy to assist with any questions. Each food sample was great and from businesses that have been around for long before. History of each location was given in order to make the experience fuller. Overall great tour and great guide.
