We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

Chef Chris taught us so many different techniques while we prepared our gumbo, Ettouffee and bananas foster. We also learned history about the ingredients and how the dishes were formed in New Orleans. Great cooking class and definitely the highlight of our trip to Nola.

Good hands-on cooking class. Chef gave us some history lessons and guided us each step thru each recipe. The kitchen was very clean and many ingredients were prepped and ready. All 8 students learned and laughed. Nothing scorched!
