We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

Our time with Chef Chris was absolutely amazing and memorable. Growing up in New Orleans and being a chef myself I knew that Chef Chris knew his stuff! The history, the origins of the not only the food but the individual ingredients as well made the experience so profound! He was very humorous and my sons enjoyed there time as well. Now, the food...baaaabbbbby! DELICIOUS! I will definitely be back and will definitely request Chef Chris.

This was a great cooking class! Our chef was very informative and provided a history of NOLA cooking. He was engaging and professional. Best of all, the food was excellent! Our cooking class was private and at our Airbnb, which made it intimate and relaxing. I can't wait to make the same dishes at home.

The class was wonderful! Chris was an excellent teacher and shared his knowledge with us very freely. He was personable and definitely knowledgeable, and i made for an amazing experience. We have taken cooking classes all over the world, and this was one of the best.
