We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

Chris was a great teacher! We learned so much about the Cajun culture and New Orleans history. He showed us many Cajun and Creole cooking techniques and tricks. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience and can’t wait to come back to New Orleans to book our next class.

Great time for our 3 couples at the Mardi Gras School of Cooking! David, our chef, was not only very knowledgeable but also entertaining. The best shrimp étouffée ever and gumbo was great too. Learned new tricks with the bananas foster! Has access to all of the beer and wine we wanted! Three hours of great learning, friends, food, and entertainment. Will certainly go back! Can’t wait to try out the recipes. A great value!
