Really fun class learning how to make some great food. David was a great teacher, and is very knowledgeable about the food and the history of New Orleans.

Chef Ray is the best! Fun and educational. Delicious food, too. Learned a lot and enjoyed the time. We purchased a few neat tools that we plan on using in our own kitchen and their Mardi Gras seasoning packet, too.

This class was the highlight of our trip. We learned so much about the history of the food we were making, but also picked up some cooking tips along the way. The fact that we can recreate these recipes at home just makes it even better.
