We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

Planned this for my wife’s birthday as her and I love cooking together and learning new styles of cooking. We had an amazing time and Chris was the perfect host. His knowledge of the city and history of the creole cuisine is unmatched. He taught without making it feel like a class, but more of a group of friends cooking a new dish together. Food was amazing. Drinks were perfect.
