We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

Loved the class, Chef Mark was a great teacher (and patient )! Food was amazing! One piece of advice - don't eat a big breakfast if you do the 2pm class!!
