We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

I loved everything about this class. The history of the gumbo and okra, the recipes, the Chef was great, and my classmates. The food turned out so delicious and I can't wait to make it with my mom. Sadly, the shrimp etoufee, however delicious, my body rejected it hahaha but it was good going down I will say. Banana foster was out of this world. I fell in love with this city and the food. I will be back soon with my sister and I know she will love everything about this class, maybe not the music as the bonafide jazz lover is me, but the food and drinks. Everyone will enjoy this class very much! Wish I could keep that apron though haha thank you! Love from NY! I will see you again! 😁❤

The Roux class with Chef Mark was amazing! The relaxed atmosphere made for an incredibly fun and informative class which resulted in some of the best food we’ve ever tasted! We are already planning our next trip back to take another class!

I took this class with my 25 year old daughter and we both agreed that it was the highlight of our trip to New Orleans. Chef Mark was very entertaining as well as being an excellent teacher. The gumbo, étouffée and bananas foster were so delicious and filling. Fun was had by all!
