We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

Nice time. Learned some NOLA history, helpful cooking techniques and ate some yummy food. Friendly setting. Skillful instruction. Fun time.

Great class. Wonderful teacher and food could not be beat. Only problem is that my family is waiting eagerly for me to cook up some gumbo and shrimp when I get home!
