We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

My 12 year old granddaughter and I enjoyed an afternoon with Chef Chris, learning tips, practicing culinary skills, and enjoying his knowledge of New Orleans and its cajun history. He was fun, well spoken, and a great chef so the total package. We would repeat the experience if we are back in New Orleans and he could be our chef. And of course the food was delicious too and we can't wait to cook it for our families.

The food that we prepared tasted better than some of the NOLA restaurants! This class was AMAZING!! I’d definitely recommend this for ALL level cooks.

We had an absolute blast! Check Scott gave us a fascinating history lesson through the cuisine evolution of New Orleans. We learned some kitchen skills, as well as how to cook three delicious dishes. By all means, book it!!
