Chef Preston was amazing and talked us through every step providing tips and tricks along the way. Our gumbo and Ettouffee turned out delicious and the banana fosters was incredibly easy and delicious as well! we were also able to sample some dishes from another class which will definitely have us coming back for another lesson.

The class was a wonderful experience and learned a lot of great cooking tricks. The food was fabulous and our instructor, Connor, was the BEST! We will definitely recommend these classes to other people and we'll return for other classes.

We did the Roux class with Chef Scott Mcglinchey on Dec 12, 2020. It was so much fun and the food turned out to be delicious! The class was very well organised and Chef Scott was wonderful! I'd love to go back for another class. I have a shell fish allergy but Chef Scott took care of it by having me cook one of the dishes with chicken instead of shrimp. He is definitely an expert and is a very good teacher. There was wine and beer provided as well. He also gave us a card with his recommendations for good restaurants in New Orleans. I learned a lot about Louisiana cooking and it was fantastic experience. I recommended it 100%
