The food was amazing and Conner had so much information and tips to share. We asked about any recommendations and the restaurants we went to while on our trip were all delicious too. We not only learned how to cook but experienced other New Orleans favorites.

I would recommend to anyone going to New Orleans to do a cooking class. I had a truly amazing class. Connor was an amazing teacher. He was very happy to not only teach the class but also helping us learn the 'why' behind what he was telling us. I have been cooking since I was 7 years old. I started loosing my love of cooking about 2-3 years ago. Connor helped reignite my love for cooking. It was amazing during our 20 year anniversary get away to be able to enjoy a cooking class.

Our cooking class with Preston was the highlight of our trip! We enhanced our knife skills, learned a few tricks(Iā€™ve attended many cooking classes and a ā€œboot campā€ and NEVER was taught these tips). The etouffee was the best weā€™ve ever had and the gumbo rivaled my grandmothers. The bananas foster? OMGOODNESS. We cancelled our dinner at ā€œyou know whereā€ afterwards. We will definitely return. Thank you Preston for the engaging conversation and invaluable cooking lesson.
