Our cooking class with Preston was the highlight of our trip! We enhanced our knife skills, learned a few tricks(Iāve attended many cooking classes and a āboot campā and NEVER was taught these tips). The etouffee was the best weāve ever had and the gumbo rivaled my grandmothers. The bananas foster? OMGOODNESS. We cancelled our dinner at āyou know whereā afterwards. We will definitely return.
