Amazing experience. Booked as a treat for my 14 year old son. We were looked after really well from start to finish. Would thoroughly recommend.

The pilot was a great guide! It was really fun, but very expensive. After we had thought we pre-paid everything, we were hit with a $40/person fee when we got there. Also, there were 6 passengers plus the pilot, so sightlines were limited at best. Other companies may have better visibility.

We had the most wonderful trip. We turned up early on the day of the flight; the weather was windy and raining, with low cloud. Without hesitation they rebooked our flight for the next day as the forecast was good. The staff were efficient, friendly and made us feel very welcome. Safety instructions were very clear prior to us leaving the building for the helicopter. I sat in the front next to the pilot and had a crazy view - my husband sat in the back and had a great view also. Professional and friendly pilot with a great sense of humour. The trip is short (this is detailed when you book - around 12 mins) and you also have to pay the $40 per person helipad fee (this is also detailed when you book). My only wish was that we had been able to fly over Manhattan itself - however, I would recommend this to anyone - well, those with a few quid in their pockets as it is not the cheapest activity - keeping it real here! I have given the review 4* only for the reason that I wanted a little bit more - but it was still really good and is no reflection on the Company/personnel.
