Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.

No tour guide. Just a joy ride. Wasn't worth it for me. I wanted a tour guide like they promised. Pilot was quiet. Dissatisfaction.

Whole experience was absolutely great. The best way to experience the city views. Pilot was really informative and the whole crew and staff were polite and pleasant. Everything was clear and straightforward - couldn’t recommend enough! Also it said 12-15 mins but we must have ended up with about 20 mins in total, which was a nice bonus.
