We booked spontanousely while being already in NYC. Booking of tickets and reservation of time slot were very easy. Friendly staff, good preparation and an amazing view over the city. Event the short trip was already an adventure. Is definitely worth to do it at least once in a lifetime! :)

This was my experience. We had a 9am reservation. It got pushed twice. When we did show back up at the time they specified, the lady at the desk was extremely rude. The flight was amazing but the staff were very angry and not helpful at all. We ordered a usb drive but they ran out. How do you run out when we had a reservation for 9am. I paid for every thing weeks in advance. We were supposed to be the first ones. they printed out a picture instead of giving us the usb drive with photos and a video. When I asked about the usb she said, "take the picture or give it back." She then said she will give me a refund for the usb drive but only if I give back the picture. By the way, you pay a lot extra for that usb than for a picture. She was so awefull and for no reason. I can't believe she told me to give her back the picture. We will not be returning, EVER!!!! And to think I was even going to tip them. She ruined, which was supposed to be a romantic trip.

We went on a helicopter tour as a couple. Unfortunately the sound wasn’t great in the air and we couldn’t hear the guide. However the customer service was good and they took us up again. I would highly recommend this tour. It is a great way to see the different areas around NY, and exciting! The reception staff were fairly grumpy and a bit awkward but the flight staff were awesome. Thank you to Tony our pilot and the immensely tall member of the flight crew who made the trip all the more enjoyable with his sense of fun and sociability!!
