The tour begins with a visit with Lina Brown Young, daughter Buffalo’s original King Of Wings, who shares personal photos, stories, and her dad’s long-lost mumbo wing recipe, which had been unavailable for 23 years.

We’ll continue with a stop at the Anchor Bar, where we’ll learn the wild story of how their wings were born by accident and sample their classic Buffalo Wing. The tour concludes with a visit to Tiny Thai, an up-and-coming food truck, where we’ll sample a legendary recipe that connects the past, present, and future of chicken wings.

The Wing Ride was amazing, our tour guide Mark was so sweet and knowledgable, he really gave us a taste of the real Buffalo. It’s evident he really puts his heart into what he does and the way he was able to incorporate local talent, businesses and history into every part was so great. Not as advertised. We were taken through very high crime neighborhoods. We rode for an hour before we had any wings. We were only inside one legitimate establishment for the three hour duration.
