Got completely lost in Woodbury near end of the day and thought I’d miss the bus. Bus driver was so understanding and supportive. Could not have been more helpful.

Terrible Experience: As per instruction, pick up point is at ROW NY but it was not, we were in a hurry and took a cab just to make it to the pick up point. Pick up time going back to NY is at 6:30 but the bus arrived at 8pm. Waste of time and incovenience. Dont get this provider if you dont want to ruin your trip.
