they had no control over numbers on repatriation. apology on apology for the bus did not come up. we waited in a lot of rain, 1 1/2 times on the bus. as there were too many for the first bus. very poor planning.

Great! We got the 10.30 coach from Manhattan and 4pm coach back. Time flew by when we were there! Great shops and limited eating outlets but you’ll get something. A Cheesecake Factory would go down a storm!

Booked to go to the Woodbury common about 6 months in advance. Arrived at the stop and the old man took our tickets and eventually we got on the bus. We started to drive and he started telling us about New York on the intercom (about Hell’s Kitchen and how it was mainly occupied by Irish years ago). Some other passengers were taking whilst he was and he got so angry and shouted “I can’t do this folks” and hug up the mic. On the way back we had another driver, very nice. My husband left a bag on the bus and we realised as soon as we got back to the hotel: I messaged the bus company and got no reply. I then messaged them again and still no reply. It’s worth noting that prior to this they had replied to every message prior to this. Very disappointed as our bag was definitely left on the bus and they just wouldn’t reply.
