Me and my cousins had a great time on this food tour even tough our families are from the neighborhood we were introduced to so many little gems that we weren't even aware of and little fun facts. The day was very enjoyable.

My wife and I went on the tour with Greg and were so surprised to find all of the little Italian delis, shops, restaurants, bakeries and even Italian locals that inhabit Greenwich Village. I actually felt more of the Italian "vibe" here than in Little Italy, which is mostly restaurants and souvenirs. Along with the old, family-run establishments that exist, there are new Italian cafes also opening up which is a good thing to see since nowadays all you see opening up are banks, drugstores and health care facilities! What made this tour special is Greg himself. He is very knowledgeable, kind and funny. Also, his family has lived on the same street right there for 110 years! So he knows everything and everyone! I highly recommend this tour. The tastes were delicious, the walk was very comfortable and you will leave feeling very satisfied.

Hello Frank I'm happy to see that in addition to the history AND Italian food samplings, you even liked my jokes! Greenwich Village is still holding on to its Italian vibe with cafes, bakeries and butcher shops along with many Italian eateries. I am proud that to share my Italian American heritage which spans 110 years in this neighborhood. I much appreciate your 5-star review. GRAZIE, Greg PS . thanks for the tip
