We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

Chef Barry was awesome! He directed us throughout the preparation process, instructing how to chop, achieve the best flavors from the vegetables and spices, and how to use scraps and shells. Never again will we throw these items out! He answered all our questions and was thorough in doing so. The food we prepared was delicious. We look forward to preparing these recipes at home. Thanks for a most delightful and delicious class!

We had an awesome experience with Chef Chris learning about New Orleans, cooking great recipes of Gumbo and Shrimp Etouffee. Enjoyed an intimate setting and fellowship with locals and travelers. We appreciate Unexpected hospitality from a local neighbor and his homemade blueberry wine. Overall, an excellent experience.
