I booked and paid for a NY helicopter ride which was cancelled due to a storm. I was initially told that I'd be paid within 24 hours only to receive nothing after emailing Tripadvisor, Viator and then a company presumably called CSEU. I'm still waiting for repayment after over seven days. So what do I think? I think your protocol is to make refunds a slow and awkward process to enable you to hold on to funds for as long as you possibly can.
