The staff was friendly and professional. We had beautiful day and the tour was just breath-taking!! The pilot was very nice and friendly. the only minus would be that headset were very worn off and we couldn't hear well the comments of the pilot. Overall great experience!! must-do in the big apple!

Trip lasted about 15-20 mins but was worth it. Traveled with my wife, staff was great and accommodating. Though get ready to pay an additional $40 each ($80 total for couple) in taxes the day of departure (thank God we had extra cash), and an extra $20 to $35 if you want a liberty helicopter framed picture of you and your loved one. Regardless the trip was worth it and staff very accommodating and would have been five stars if it wasn't for the extra taxes they made us pay the day of departure, thus for that I give them a candid four star.

As someone who has never been to the US let alone New York City I was interested in getting as many memories as possible I came across Liberty Helicopters as we had New York passes, the website prices for Liberty helicopters were discounted at the time I booked. So glad I did best day ever, once you book you are able to select a time slot you should arrive 15 minutes before that time so you can check in, they ask for a few details including your weight for safety of the people in the aircraft, your not allowed to take any bags etc onboard (your allowed camera, phone and sunglasses) they provide locks at $5 so you can keep items safe. There is an informative safety video along with the team fitting you with a life jacket as you can see in the picture around your waste. They walk you on to the helipad where they take you one by one for a photo and then seat you in the helicopter. The tour is around 12-15 minutes we had the most amazing views such a sunny warm day breathtaking seeing the city from above the pilot talks through sights that you pass. Once back at the helipad you are able to purchase the photo that was taken and/or a memory stick shaped like the helicopter with both photos taken as a memory of that day. It is one of the more expensive things to do but definitely worth it!
