Flight was expensive however we got a better trip than booked. Reception staff seemed harsh and too busy chatting amongst themselves to make you feel welcomed for the price you pay. All other staff were excellent, pilot gave a full detailed commentary throughout the trip. A wonderful experience. Would highly recommend it.

Friendly service. Great ride. Short but well worth it. Beautiful views over Manhattan. Captain had a sense of humor which was fun. And people, when on the ride put your phone and camera down...enjoy the view!!

This was well worth doing, everything went very smoothly, the staff made you feel comfortable and were very efficient. It was a completely different view of the city and is a must do when in New York! The reason i didn't give 5 stars is the additional $40 per person "Helipad charge" on arrival which dampened it a bit, the voucher alone wasn't cheap so another lump was unexpected.
