I booked this as a surprise for my husbands birthday. We were booked to fly 8th Jan. When we turned up we were unable to fly as the weather and visability was very poor. We were due to leave NYC the next afternoon. Liberty managed to get us booked in to fly first thing next morning which was amazing :) the trip was very good and the pilot talked us through all the sights as we went along the river. Communication with the company was perfect. I emailed them a few times before booking to answer some questions. Always responded quickly and supplied a discount code which was fab :) I would recommend this company to anyone.

The staff were calm and friendly. A chat called Q have us a good laugh as we waited the last bit before getting on-board. The $40 per person tax I did know about and was clear to me. You get better photos thru the flat side windows than the front which is concave of course. I think it helps put Manhattan into perspective viewing it from the air. Governors island is abandoned in winter yet such a short distance away you have 100 floor sky scrapers.
