Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.
Helicopter window seats aren't guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.

We arrived about 2 hours early because we were unsure were it was, but they slotted us right in. Fabulous staff, really fun and cheerful and extremely helpful. We absolutely loved the helicopter ride it was stunning. Definitely worth the money.

The pilot was Spanish/English speaking as there were 2 Spanish speaking passengers the commentary was in Spanish so the 3 of us English speakers got little or no info

This was booked for me as a gift from my children and wife for my birthday/father's day. It blew my mind !. An epic experience, the pilot and other staff was amazing and friendly. They put you at ease and made the whole experience extra special.. loved every second of it.
